By completing this module, you will be able to:

 

  • Describe project management as defined by the Project Management Institute.
  • Differentiate how the processes and tools of project management apply to builders, remodelers and developers, specifically for green building.
  • Explain the five project management process groups delineated in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
  • List the ten project management Knowledge Areas defined in the PMBOK® Guide.

 

This module is registered with AIA CES for continuing professional education and qualifies for 1.50 LU Hours.

 

NAHB Continuing Education: 1.50 hours toward CAPS, CGA, CGB, CGP, CGR, CMP, CSP, GMB, GMR, Master CGP, Master CSP, and MIRM.

 

NAHB Designations: CGA, CGB, CGP, GMR, Master CGP, Master CSP

 

The National Association of Home Builders is a Registered Provider with The American Institute of Architects Continuing Education Systems.  Credit(s) earned on completion of this course will be reported to AIA CES for AIA members. Certificates of Completion for both AIA members and non-AIA members are available upon request.
