Emerging professional membership allows NAHB student members in affiliated student chapters at post-secondary, associate, and secondary programs to remain NAHB members at a reduced rate for three years after graduation. In addition, it allows HBI graduates and graduates from American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) accredited programs to become a member at a reduced rate for three years after graduation.
DUES
The National Association will process and collect all dues from the Emerging Professional classification. Dues are set at $25.
ELIGIBILITY
Three (3) years. Membership can begin prior to the individual’s graduation while they are enrolled.
JOINING
Former NAHB student members will establish an nahb.org profile, and then will use their PIN as verification to sign up as an emerging professional member. HBI graduate will pay though nahb.org, their name entry will verify if they have studied at an HBI program.
