Master the fundamentals of construction scheduling and learn how to plan, manage and projects on time. This practical course is designed for builders, remodelers, project managers and trade professionals who want to create clear, effective schedules that support every phase of a project.

You will explore how construction schedules improve planning, communication, coordination and overall project execution. The course breaks down key schedule types, components and methods, helping you understand how to build timelines that work in real-world construction environments.

Through real-world scenarios, you will also learn how to navigate common scheduling challenges, including trade coordination, contract requirements and builder-specific constraints that impact timelines and project performance.

By the end of this course, you will know how to create structured project schedules with defined milestones, realistic durations and clear sequencing. You will walk away with tools you can immediately apply to improve workflow, track progress and keep projects moving forward efficiently.

When you finish this course, you’ll be able to:
