This online training, which is required as a condition of serving as an Association Volunteer, is designed to help you understand your responsibilities.
This online training is required as a condition of serving on the NAHB Board of Directors, and all NAHB Committees, Subcommittees and Councils. It is designed to help you understand your responsibilities concerning sexual and other workplace harassment. You will learn to:
- Recognize what constitutes harassment
- Understand their role in preventing harassment or responding to suspected harassment if it occurs
- Recognize and respond to retaliation

This training program, which should take about 45 minutes to complete, includes a video, quiz and answer key. You are required to take this training and complete the quiz once every 3 years.
