You will learn the fundamentals of managing projects successfully, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.</p><p>Through this course, you will explore the role of a project manager across all phases of a project: pre-construction, construction and post-construction. Topics include effective project planning, risk management, resource allocation and the management of trade contractors.
