Successful completion of CAPS 1, 2, and 3 are required to earn the CAPS designation. Course schedule is for 3 consecutive days. Course is suited for field personnel who provide direct consultative or design services to clients. Enhance your expertise and knowledge to provide a consistent, and best in class customer experience.
Course Format: All courses will be held virtually through Zoom in Eastern Time.
