Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) Online Exam Retake
This offering is ONLY for those who have taken and did not pass the HCCP exam. Please allow up to 24 hours after your initial attempt to be granted access to purchase this retake.
The HCCP online exam covers development, management and compliance issues and Section 42 policy and is designed for current practitioners in the LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) industry. The exam is an SAT-style multiple-choice exam with a “best answer” format.
Upon purchase of this exam, you will receive an invitation from Testing Support (testingsupport @ meazurelearning.com) inviting you to create your testing account. Please follow the instructions closely.

The HCCP designation, through the National Association of Home Builders, demonstrates your high level of knowledge, experience and education in the LIHTC industry. By taking and passing the exam, you are eligible to complete the experience profile and application to receive the designation.
The HCCP exam is an SAT-style multiple-choice exam with a “best answer” format. It is designed for current LIHTC professionals and you must score at least 70% to pass. The exam covers:
- Management
- Development
- Compliance issues
- Section 42 policy
