During this one-hour webinar replay recording, "What Matters in LIHTC Acquisition Rehab," industry experts will highlight some of the main concerns and issues for LIHTC developers and property managers to consider when acquiring and rehabilitating an existing property.

In addition to older HUD deals, some Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects developed in the early years of the program are in need of repair and recapitalization. State housing finance agencies are responding by devoting a greater amount of resources, including LIHTCs, to the preservation of their multifamily portfolios.
